Terms and conditions
Payments:
We accept cash in Dkk and Euro, PayPal or Mobilepay and
Banktransfer as a last resort.
Payment plans:
We do have an option for payment plans, for geckos over 300 euros. A non-refundable deposit of 25% will be paid beforehand. If the buyer regrets, we will issue store credit refunds, but no cash refunds. The store credit will be on the already paid amount, without the deposit.
Refunds:
We do not issue refunds if you've changed your mind about the gecko. We might however in some cases issue store credit, after receiving the gecko back in our care. This will not be worth the same amount as what the gecko was sold for, and will be discussed with the buyer. The buyer will be paying shipping costs.
Shipping:
We unfortunately are not able to ship our animals besides to the Hounten- and Hamm Expos whenever they are open.
Local Pick-ups:
This mainly applies to our Danish customers. We are able to meet up for local pickups/drop-offs of your gecko.
Drop-offs depend on how far away you live and will cost an additional fee.
We do sometimes attend reptile expos in Denmark and will be able to bring the gecko with us if paid a deposit beforehand.
Deposits:
Deposits are always 25% of the asking price, and nonrefundable.
When paying a deposit, we will keep the gecko for up to 3 months, since being paid the deposit.
If needed to keep the gecko for longer than those three months, you will need to tell us before paying the deposit, since it will be a bit larger then.
After 3 months, you can either start a payment plan or will lose your deposit.
Tail drops:
If the gecko drops its tail in our care we will not issue a refund or store credit. We will however let you know, the moment we know of the tail drop.
Sexing:
On some geckos, we pore sex at 4 grams, but this will not guarantee an animal to be a specific gender. We will often refer to them as "Possible male/female", this not being a promise of the gender.
